Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked courier to your nominated UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a delivery fails, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
Medications must be stored as directed on the packaging upon receipt. We are not liable for harm resulting from improper storage after delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by a prescriber for a full refund. Once a prescriber has reviewed and approved your prescription, cancellation may not be possible as dispensing may have commenced.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed prescription medications unless they are faulty or incorrectly dispensed. If you believe you have received an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
