Pharmacy Weight Loss Folkestone is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating under GPhC No. 9012511. We provide online consultations and prescription weight loss treatments to patients in Folkestone and across the United Kingdom. We are regulated in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and all applicable UK pharmacy law.
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are resident in the United Kingdom. By completing a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must not use our services on behalf of another person without appropriate authorisation.
We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription request where it is clinically inappropriate or where the eligibility criteria are not met. Treatment is not guaranteed and is subject to clinical assessment by our pharmacist prescriber.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only following a clinical consultation. Our pharmacist prescriber will review your submitted health questionnaire and, where required, may request additional information before issuing a prescription.
A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically safe and appropriate to do so. We may refuse or withdraw a prescription at any time if we have concerns about patient safety or if false or misleading information has been provided. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for a prescription consultation that is declined by our pharmacist. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded promptly.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service. Delivery timeframes may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or bank holidays.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid and complete delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch at no charge. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under UK medicines law, except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
